Like the fireworks on the
4th of July, cars of many colors, makes and models brighten the
blacktop at our " Cruise at the
Crossings "
 This monthly EACC Club
Event takes place at the Northampton Crossings Mall located at Routes
33 & 248 . It is usually held on the 1st Saturday of the month , . . .
May thru October , and is sponsored by SAM'S CLUB , SEARS HARDWARE & KOHLS DEPT
STORE .
We appreciate the $1.00 entrance donation
given by the cruise participants , as we hold these cruise nites to
help out the kids at CHAMELOT HOUSE FOR CHILDREN .
The official cruise hours
are set for 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm , but many cars will start rolling in as
early as 4:30 pm looking for that " choice parking spot " .
If you haven’t attended
this cruise , it's fantastic . In addition to the cars, there is
DJ Brian Keith with the oldies music, . . . . drawings for door prizes
and a 50-50, .
. . . plenty of places to eat, and
many stores to shop ( Kohl’s Dept. Store offers an extra 10% off for
cruisers ).
 The
attendance is GREAT -- with hundreds of vehicles at
each cruise . Maybe it is the excitement in the air at each cruise or perhaps the
great location , who knows
? Just by walking around everyone realizes that it's a wonderful
evening out to see cars, cars, cars and talk to old friends and meet
new people .
So think about Cruisin' by and enjoying
an evening with the Easton Area Corvette Club and friends , the
first Saturday of the month , May thru October. Hope to see you
